Transitional Housing Program Manager–Families
The Transitional Housing Program Manager provides extensive case management services to program participants who are homeless. The Program Manager works cooperatively with all Transitional Housing Managers and other staff to assure the accomplishment of the agency mission and Transitional Housing Program goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field; a social work degree is preferred. Ability to make sound decisions regarding client needs and interests, and to assist program participants in the accomplishments of established goals.
Ability to work cooperatively with staff and others in order to best serve the agency and program participants.
